Landlord Fees
Fees that you must pay us and when are listed below. Please note that you will not be charged by us for using Debit or Credit cards:

Full Management Service - Single Lets This will be charged at 10% of the rent plus VAT, if applicable, for a standard full management service. The items covered for this fee will be detailed in the contract between us. These fees will be deducted from the tenant's rent before the balance of the rent is paid to you. We can collect your rent from the tenant through GoCardless. We will pay the GoCardless fee on your behalf but will bill you for the GoCardless fee

Full Management Service - Multi-Lets & Houses of Multiple Occupation These will be charged at 15% of the rent plus VAT, if applicable, for a standard full management service. The items covered for this fee will be detailed in the contract between us. These fees will be deducted from the tenant's rent before the balance of the rent is paid to you. We can collect your rent from the tenant through GoCardless. We will pay the GoCardless fee on your behalf but will bill you for the GoCardless fee

Rent Collection Only Service This will be charged at 5% of the rent plus VAT, if applicable, for a standard full management service. The items covered for this fee will be detailed in the contract between us. These fees will be deducted from the tenant's rent before the balance of the rent is paid to you. We can collect your rent from the tenant through GoCardless. We will pay the GoCardless fee on your behalf but will bill you for the GoCardless fee

Tenant Find Only This fee is equivalent to one month's rent plus VAT, if applicable. The amount becomes due immediately at the point that both you and the tenant sign the tenancy agreement. The items covered for this fee will be detailed in the contract between us. If you decide to withdraw from this service without signing a new tenant through us then you will be charged at a rate of £100 per hour plus any incurred expenses. The total costs will be capped at one month's rent sought plus VAT, if applicable

Tenancy Renewals The renewal of a tenancy agreement is charged at £100 plus VAT, if applicable. This is for a standard renewal. If further checks are required by you or the regulators then these will be charged at cost. This also applies to any additional work required by you

Changes to a Tenancy Agreement Requested by You This service will be charged at £100 per hour plus VAT if applicable. It will be capped at an amount equivalent to one months rent. We will negotiate with the tenant on your behalf if required. Please be very, very aware that a tenant has the right in law to refuse any changes to a tenancy agreement. If this happens then you will still be charged for our time

raising and Serving of Statutory Notices If you want to raise and serve any form of statutory notice (e,g. a section 13 of the Housing Act 1988 to increase the rent) and have it served on the tenant then we will charge you £100 plus VAT, if applicable. If other costs are incurred then these will be charged back to you at cost

Early Termination of the Tenancy Agreement Requested by you or theTenant These charges will only apply if the tenant and landlord both agree to terminate the tenancy agreement early. Fees are chargeable to the tenant and these are described on our page "Tenant Fees". If you wish us to find another tenant then the charges above will apply. If you do not wish us to find another tenant then a fee of £250 plus VAT, if applicable, will be charged
