All property agents including letting agents are required by law to join a property resolution redress scheme.  Legendary Lettings has joined The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) whose Website is found at https://www.theprs.co.uk. The PRS is authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agent Team (NTSEALT).  The Property Redress Scheme, is also authorised by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) to resolve disputes, under the Alternate Dispute Reso;utions Regulations Act of Paliament of 2015.

The PRS provides resolution services in the case of dispute between agents and their "consumers".  Consumers of agency services include, but are not limited to, landlords and tenants.  As a member of the PRS, Legendary Lettings agree to resolve complaints using the PRS resolution process and agree to abide with their final decision when they are legally required to do so.
